When Alaska Certifies Its Results
Election-night totals are unofficial. The count becomes official in two steps:
- Local: Precinct election boards — by about November 4, 2026. Precincts canvass by the day after the election. Alaska has no counties; the state Division of Elections does the rest.
- Statewide: Director of the Division of Elections — November 25, 2026 on the 2026 calendar. Target date to certify.
